You must, in the email, provide your user ID, password, your intention to cancel, and your current email address. You should consider your account NOT cancelled unless you receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your notice and that your account is cancelled. No refunds will be given. If you decide to cancel, you will have access to the site and related materials until the paid portion of your subscription expires.
Limitation of Subscription Availability
OptionSIZZLE.com may limit the number of subscribers allowed in any one subscription service. This is done to minimize the threat of too many traders attempting the same trades and thereby biasing the market by way of the purchase of a high volume of contracts.

Any free trial period, discounts or promotional offers apply only to new subscribers. Returning subscribers are not eligible for such offers. Refunds and Fee Disputes
There are no partial monthly subscriptions and due to the nature of our business, refunds can not be offered.
